REVOCATION OF CHRISTELLE HOUNDONOUGBO WITHIN THE UP-R: Djogbenou Parts Ways with His Administrative Director

In politics, no mistake is tolerated. This is why Christelle Houndonougbo, Administrative Director of the Union Progressiste le Renouveau (UP-R) party, was relieved of her duties on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

The reason given is a serious misconduct: the signing, on October 8, 2024, of a « memorandum of understanding » with a firm called « particip GmbH, » without the approval of the party’s governing bodies.

This decision, made by the party’s President Joseph Djogbenou, took effect immediately on October 28, 2024. Consequently, Christelle Houndonougbo no longer holds any position within the UP-R.
