BENIN 2026 BACCALAUREATE: 70,101 candidates learn their results today
The wait is finally over for candidates taking the Baccalaureate exam in June 2026. The Ministry of Secondary, Technical, and Vocational Education has officially announced the date: the results will be released this Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
This announcement follows the rigorous completion of the marking and various technical operations carried out by the examination boards and ministry staff. With all the necessary checks finalized, the data is now ready to be released.
To find out their results, the 70,101 candidates will not need to go to the examination centers. In line with its policy of digitization, the government will make the results available online on the official platform www.eresultats.bj (or eresultat.bj). Candidates will simply need to enter their exam number to view their transcript as soon as the portal opens.
As a reminder, the written exams for this session took place from June 15th to 17th across the country. A true cornerstone of the education system, the first university diploma opens the doors of universities, prestigious vocational schools, and numerous national competitive exams to high school graduates.
Aware of the emotional weight of this day, the Ministry encourages parents and teachers to provide ample support to the candidates. This moral support will be essential, both to celebrate successes and to guide students toward the next steps in their academic or professional journeys.
