VOLUNTEER NETWORK COORDINATION: APID NGO Establishes Parakou Office
As part of its commitment to strengthening its proximity to local communities and expanding its projects throughout the region, the NGO APID officially established its volunteer network coordination office in Parakou this Sunday. The ceremony was held in the meeting room of the Parakou Local Committee of the Beninese Red Cross.
This strategic initiative aims to further involve young people from Parakou and the surrounding area in the NGO’s various activities. The objective is clear: young volunteers will become key players in solving local problems and catalysts for change within their communities.
Following this meeting, a provisional five-person office was established following a vote by the members of the Parakou volunteer network present. This office will have a six-month mandate to manage the network’s activities until the end of the year.
